Sequential & Night Protein is a blend of 3 premium quality milk proteins, each with a different absorption speed in a 1:1:1 ratio. Its 3 ingredients are the acclaimed hydrolyzed and isolated whey protein (WPH) Optipep® 90 with ultra-fast absorption, the whey protein concentrate (WPC) from Arla® with medium speed, and Micellar Casein (MC), the best casein on the market with low and prolonged absorption. Recent research has found that protein with different absorption speeds can be even more effective than hydrolyzed protein post-workout (Reidy et al 2013 JN; Reidy et al 2014 JAP). It is also suitable for consumption between meals and before bedtime to prevent muscle catabolism thanks to its sequential and long-lasting action.
